A dwarf planet discovered on Dec. 28, 2004 (catalogued as 2003 EL61 and nicknamed "Santa" for a time) was recently named "Haumea" (after it's Hawaiian discoverer) and is considered the "Weirdest" object in our solar system! It is as big as Pluto but only has one-third the mass, but is like an "olive or walnut".

It rotates, about every four hours making it the fastest spinning object in our solar system. Its fast rotation causes it to be elongated. It also has at least two smaller moons orbiting around it.
